Wow.. lots of response to this (and PMs to me too!)
There will be at least 2 mods and we can see how it works out... if it becomes a really close decision I'll consider 3.
I'll be in contact during the week with some of the names mentioned here. Thanks everyone. |

That's exactly the type of modding I hate. It looks like a gay. |

| Thanks Swamper. We have needed a mod for quite some time. Mostly just to control the spam bots or whatever they are trying to sell viagra. There is rarely a thread that gets out of hand but I think with a moderator now in place people will think a bit more before going down that road so they'll become even more rare. I think your approach of at least two moderators is the right way to do it. Checks and balances are always important. Thanks again. |

Exactly.
Sushi, I know this is appearing across all 4 forums, I'm just saying that production needs at least 2 mods of its own, and I'd say promo (from what I remember of it) needs a couple of dedicated mods too. DJ booth is well behaved, so I'm sure 2 mods could handle that and DJ promo. |

Certainly not denying that mate :) I pop in to both from time to time, and they are bit of a mad-house :p All I meant was that 1 mod would still be better than none, even if 2+ mods would be ideal. It's all up to Swamper in the end.

Both still need pretty regular cleaning up, but yeah, I wouldn't say each of those forums would need 2 mods. |

| I don't think there's need for two moderators in Production forum, it's not that active as a forum and the folk are pretty well behaved anyway (and, unfortunately, being an idiot is not a bannable offense anyway). It just needs someone who keeps the spambots at bay. |
