| ya..If water is on the moon that will make it hella-easy for long term survival. Water for sanitation and food is quite bulky to transport..especially if we plan on having large numbers of people on the moon eventually. If there is ice, not only can it be melted to drink and mix with dried food..but it can likely be used with moon dust to make clay/concrete and other stuff for manufacturing. New technology is also being developed for water fuel cells..so we might actually be able to use the ice as a source of FUEL for pushing further into the solar system. |

| Well I watched a whole show on the plans for colonization and even if they don't find actual h20, the composition of the lunar rocks has what they need to make water out of them by breaking them down. |

| Booo...No good pics yet. They said it will be a couple hours before the trailing spacecraft sends pictures back. Hopefully we get some good ones like we had on the Deep Impact Mission |
