Because hipster chic turns things deliberately chosen for their lack of style (outdated 60s prescription-style glasses, plaid, haircuts) into fashion accessories. By wearing clothes that scream "Unfashionable" they in fact connote a carefully cultivated fashion image. |

i used to get colored lens when i was younger...like red, green and blue.
no i just use these...but ive had them for so long, might try another frame..same brand though.
and yeah no color for my prescriptions anymore..i also had the ones than went darker with the sun. this was all back in high school. |

i guess you can just chalk that up under "accessories" and move on? it's no different than someone wearing color contacts or a cool watch i guess.
but yea it's kinda annoying but only because hipsters are annoying to me, so it's just one more thing to point and laugh at them for. |
