i want to know the full story..
Ive seen police brutality first hand. They start half the fights in the entertainment district hands down..
but at the same time ive seen plenty of knobs get the beatings they had coming to them.
The key is what happened before the video to determine context |

Really??? Thats risky... I know they have backup, weapons, etc. but getting in a fight with a bunch of drunk people can never be a good idea. |

| That's pretty messed up, I was at UWO for 4 years and never saw anything like that. It seems like they were using a lot of force... punching, kneeing (is that a word?). 6 on 1? I guess it depends on what he did and if he was resisting or not. |

Anytime you hear a cop scream "Stop Resisting", nine times out of ten it's because there's a large group of people around when Law Enforcement Officials decide to throw a thumping on someone and they make it seem a lot more dangerous to necessitate the use of that extra force.
Thing is, this guy tried to break into someone's office on the 8th floor of the Social Science building, make it past the 5-0 and barricaded himself into an office on the 7th, then later made it down to the main level, thus embarassing the bunch. No wonder these flatfoot nimrods were laying a whoopin', a high-as- 4th year student embarassed 5 officers tasked to "Serve and Protect".

The bravado ive seen down there is disgusting.
They will tell people to move on.. and if they are too slow... WHOMP... right to the head... and of course the person hit is going to respond... and then the fun really begins.

I watched a couple of press release videos from the UWO and they stated that he was not drunk but was on an "injectable substance"
I wonder what exactly he was on, cause in a minute and a half that boy took 5 knee shots, 4 strikes with a baton and 7 punches, along with having 5 cops on top of him, and was still resisting. Mustve been some potent . |
