Im just starting out on producing my own trance music.
Ive been using FL studio and I feel like Im getting the melodies down very well, but having a tougher time setting up a nice looping back round and bass.
Im looking forward to moving off of FL studio and buying myself a turn table, mixer, and keyboard. BUT I dont know what to get! So if you guys could give me suggestions on what hardware to buy Id be grateful!!

Well, what is it that you want to do? DJ or produce?

Turntables and mixers are for DJing, not producing. I'd say you should do a little more research on the subject before buying any gear. ;)

Actually, contrary to what woscar's stating, Pioneer has (for lack of a better word) pioneered the way of producing on dj equipment with the new Pioneer cdj 2000's. You'll need three of them hooked up to their groundbreaking Pioneer SVM 1000 mixer and you can get calibrated right to make some sick trance.

The price tag may be a bit heavy looking, but it'd actually save you tons by doing that instead of buying rack after rack of production equipment like keyboards and synths.

Really? Had no clue about that, lol. Still, it seems like the OP has his info a bit mixed up, that's why I advised to do some more research before spending large amounts of cash on equipment. That setup you're suggesting should be what...like $6,000 or something like that? :p

Yes, but the trance you can actually MAKE. Like, quantitative plur. Which isn't subject to plur caps in trade. It recognizes body movements too. Registering every pelvic panic stab.

This is essential in the trance making process. The crux of the issue.

Pioneer leads the way. Buy only Pioneer.

I guess I mixed up my message there. I'm interested in DJing my own music. I have a dance crew that I make things for, but I'm not making the best I can on FL studio, SOO; what should I be looking for, software wise, to making better trance with keyboard for that software.

Then, for DJing it at a party/club. Thats where Im a little lost. I need to know what type of hardware I need to make my tracks come out crisp.

For that you will most DEFINITELY three Pioneer cdj 2000's hooked up to the IMAGINARY EXCITING FAIRYWINKLE Pioneer SVM 1000.

It's fairywinking subfield technology is first in its class for 7.1 dolby hammer surround plurs.

Only by this method may the heavens heed your calls and beckon another saviour.

Pioneer, the tampon for the heavens.
