On Saturday Oct 24, INCOGNITO presents its DRENCHED 2009 CLOSING Pool Party w/ BILLY BASIL of THE HOUSE MOGULS (B96 Radio / Funktion Recordings / Juicy Music / System Recordings / Beatport.com, CHICAGO) @Standard Rooftop Pool in Downtown LA.
BILLY BASIL of THE HOUSE MOGULS has been rising about the clutter and has been voted Dj of the Year 2004 & 2005 for Chicago by Scion and Local Sound Chicago. His productions like "Get that Feeling" was licensed to Ugly Betty, Armani Exchange, etc and his remix of Daft Punk's "One More Time" has been huge worldwide, and as such, HOUSE MOGULS has often gotten consistent plays from the worlds biggest DJs (David Guetta, Roger Sanchez, Erick Morillo, Dj AM, Paul Van Dyk, Bad Boy Bill, Stonebridge, MSTRKRFT, Mark Knight, Antoine Clamaran, Laidback Luke, & Pete Tong, to name a few) In fact, DJ Armando of XM Radio fame credits,"The House Moguls sound is the closest you can get in the United States to the production of the heavyweights overseas" while the HOUSE MOGULS was also described by DJ MAG, quoting "The DJ Elite is chomping at HOUSE MOGUL's remixes!"
Opening that day will be GIANGSTAR who is also celebrating her exact bday that lovely afternoon. We also have BA2LA (Black Pug, Argentina) and CAMACHO & VASS (INCOGNITO, Colombia) completing the night.
