My brother in law's civics are pretty nutty, used on the tracks only and pretty much the entire car is CF'ed & of course some insane engine tunning.

That car isn't even in the same class as any of these cars though, totally not street legal haha (yes I know you know that). There's so many track cars we could post here, but it's pointless, not street legal, so who cares haha.

I'm sure you could find some souped up chevy cavalier for the track with a big ass engine in it that does 9s, but I still wouldn't want it lol.

Actually that Civic was Street legal about 3 months before the
video and ran 9.8 with Regular Tires no traction bar and in regular trim. So the car is actually in a much lower leage then the veyron.

I love the Verons and Gtrs myself but civic bashing is not exceptable...lol

Meh even so, the Veyron is still far better for many other reasons in addition to it's speed lol. I don't doubt you can soupe up a car to make it go as fast or close to as fast as a Veyron, but does that really make the car as good as a Veyron? Obviously not lol.
Orko
Wait are you guys really comparing cars that come in under $100,000 to the $2million Veyron?

"Hmmmm which car should I drive today? My Veyron or my souped-up Civic? it, the Civic can get me there faster!"

Automatic or power shifted transmission I'd favour less on the GTR. A standard transmission in the first video is mind blasting  Bugatti is the same killing machine, !

For real, this has to be the best Japanese engineering achievement to date. I wonder how it compares with an McLaren SLR?

I was speaking to this Lexus Rep the other day, only 10 LFA are being shipped to Canada.

This is how you get it one of them ...

1) $20,000 down payment
2) Enter your name in a DRAW
3) If you win, you're leasing the car & buyout will be @ the end of the term (if you agree on the price)

The LFA will be my home, source of food, provider to health and my best friend :stongue:
