DJM 800 users...Sweep Color Question

I have noticed something with the Sweep Color Effect on my 800 and im wondering if you guys have the same effect as i do.
When turning the effect knob on ANY channel clockwise past 12 oclock the effect is fine. When turning Counter clockwise the effect is also fine but at 11 o clock/1130...its almost like the effect drops out and the regular signal from the channel comes back in. Once you pass this small point its fine. This again happens on all channels and ONLY on the sweep effect.
My mixer is decently new and taken well care of. Not sure if its just the way the effect is, or if this is a problem.
Filter, Harmonic, and Crush all work without this problem.
Any input would be helpful.

I use sweep all the time and this is def not standard mine doesn't do this. |

| Thanks for the input, i think im going to contact customer support. Thank god its still under warranty. |

Just checked this as well and my sweep effect on the DJM 800 is not doing this. In fact I checked all the effects just to be sure.
Definitely call customer service up. |

Yeah its weird its like...everything else is smooth but when you turn it counter clockwise you can hear the effect drop out momentarily.
Oh well, time to call tech support. |
