Keep going with these songs, I really enjoy this chill out tracks.
Structurally this three songs are solid with nice melody line build in it. I would try to send them to some studios and let them look at it.
I can't give you any more suggestions because don't have my good headphones with me today. I'm using some cheap 5$ stuff which cuts a lot of frequencies. I'll will a run tomorrow and see if I can pickup anything else.

If this really is your vision of the music, I really like it.
Keep working on those track, it is worth it, but I think you are not that far from something really nice.
