Heres a mix I decided to make for Halloween, its nice and dark, has mainly Breaks and some Electro even has a Dubstep track in it, its pretty dark and meant to be played LOUD :D

This is a wicked set mate... I don't quite get the halloween vibe from it, but it is dark and definitely worth the listen or 10... lol

| Really enjoyed this. It's loud, dark and ing evil. One of the tracks five or six in was distorting a bit, so you probably played it too loud, and there's an EQing error near the end, because the volume jumps noticably when you mix a new track in. Oh, and I didn't hear much electro in there either. But that's not a bad thing. Really nice job slotting the dubstep track in smoothly, and it sounded ferocious. |

Glad you guys liked it, yea I may upload another version, I was in a rush to get this mix up due to being busy, and coming down with the flu I have right now, this versions volume was increased in Audacity and I never previewed it, it does seem to clip quite a bit, and yea I think the track your talking about is the Fisso track, I noticed after that it was kinda too loud, but that was due to volume, I decided not to really use much of any EQing in this mix and let the tracks do the work, if you want a better copy that isn't quite as loud (and might be able to reduce the volume on the Fisso track, let me know and I'll throw it up.
JD, this halloween theme was mainly for a dark and kinda evil sound (seems it worked :D ), plus the lyrics and samples are supposed to be kinda "scary" lyrics.
EDIT: oh yea, I thought a couple of the tracks I dropped were marked as Electro on beatport, but could be wrong, I've been kinda messed up the past few days due to this flu. |
