i have a feeling that after even 48 hours of doing 25 pills per day, they won't see you rollin', they see you absolutely insane |

| I've had a few conversations about this with friends of mine that study neuroscience. Apparently there's no conclusive studies that show pure MDMA causes brain damage. Taking 40,000 pills of 'ecstasy' with god knows what in them probably will though. |

you take 40,000 of anything in nine years and i wouldn't doubt that problems will arise. i have no doubts that mdma causes some sort of neurological issues over a period of time of prolonged use; then again, i have no doubts that just about anything that causes significant changes in brain function will cause neorological issues over a period of time of prolonged use. |

he most likely needed the mdma to function "normal"? the mdma probably released the very little of serotonin he had left. |

| What a retard. Ecstasy isn't even addictive, so it's not like he has an 'excuse'. |

Lets not forget the Volume Fact.
Bear in mind that eating 40,000 McDonalds meals will do damage thats just as bad. |

That's the thing... who knows what is actually causing the effects? |

As I understand it, the reason that there has been no concrete proof of its effects are that it is so heavily criminalized that no testing on humans can be done, which does neither side of the argument any good.
I think I heard something about studies starting up in the UK recently though.
You don't need studies to tell you that massive consumption of it are going to bite you in the ass at some point though. |
Studies are getting closer in the US to human trials. A year or two ago, they were on their way to getting to phase 1 of trials.
edit//A site dedicated to tracking clinical trials appears to say that phase 2 was actually finished in Sept 2008 in the US. Here is the source that tracks it around the world. |
