well men can't really do kegels but you could mention pc floor excercises, which yes, do "enhance satisfaction"

i have found, anyway.

.........no.

if i start doing them, i get little orgasms:gsmile:

but yea they supposedly do help and women who just gave birth are encouraged to do them for at least a month after birth to help the vaginal canal get it's firmness back. although i'm convinced that can never look the same after popping out a kid lol but i've heard that some women dont get as messed up vags as others do after child birth. i guess it just has to do with vag genetics.

i read a book about it once and my vagina became tighter instantly.

i completely take back my post and meant the pc floor w/e's. i do not care about working out a vag as I do not have one.

no but you can read a book about it and it's like you went to school for it:gsmile:

*edit* lol nevermind jay beat me to it. didnt even pay attention to the posts under kad's.

and at the thread starter: i thought maybe you were asking about it because you were curious about women and kegel exercises. i didnt realize men could do them and benefit from them. i always just assumed "kegel exercises" were more for women to tighten up the vag after having kids.

Developing PC Muscle Strength
Author: Derek Vitalio

The PC muscles play a vital role in both male and female sexual response - the jolts and spasms of orgasm are caused by the rapid involuntary contractions of the PC muscles.

You must develop the strength and control of your PC muscles to properly master semen retention and multiple orgasms. Not only will stronger PC muscles give you prolonged erections, make you last longer in lovemaking, and give you more ejaculation control, but they’ll make your climaxes feel more intense.

Where are your PC muscles?

The PC muscles run from your pubic bone in the front to your tailbone in the back. Every time you stop the flow of urine from your bladder, you’re using this muscle group. The PCs contracts when you ejaculate, moving sperm up through the penis and out of your body.

Here’s how you find them. Imagine you’re urinating and you squeeze the muscles as if you were cutting off the flow of urine. Those are your PC muscles. You’re contracting the frontal part.

Now squeeze the muscles in your ass as if you’re trying not to take a . This is the back part of your PC muscles. The challenge is to relax all your other muscles like thighs, butt, and abs as you squeeze your PCs.

You can use the following Kegel exercises anytime, anywhere because no one will know you’re working out.

Male Kegel Exercise

1. Tighten your PC muscle and hold for a count of five seconds, and release.
2. Repeat ten times.
3. Squeeze your PC muscle ten times fast.
4. Repeat three times.
5. Tighten and release your PC muscle alternating in long and short intervals ten times.
6. Repeat three times.
7. Squeeze your PC muscle and hold it for as long as you can. Try to work your way up to 120 seconds (relax, that's only two minutes).

The name "Derek Vitalio" sounded like it just had to be one of those dudes selling "seduction" courses and videos. Lo and behold, I put the guy's name in Google and I was right. :-D
