lol. Well I really was surprised at how bad it was this time. Didn't see problems like this last 2 Monster Massives. The city is either making things worst by over involving themselves with crowd control or No one was really in charge of crowd control past 9pm. Since some people actually care about the safety of others, it would be nice to see crowd control like at a Dodger game. These events aren't going to be going anywhere anytime soon.

ive been to 4 massives (3 MM + 1 TAO) in LA and lovefest a couple of times in SF. i have never seen nething like that. the crowd control was really realy really crazy. sure, one would think that having snake lines might make the line move efficiently etc etc. but they did they ever think about how stupid and immature some ppl are (mainly kids). not to be mean, but i was hoping to see a kid fall flat on their face b/c they all want to hop a gate/fence. i brought a few friends to their first rave ever...totally disappointing on that aspect. very very very dangerous.
lastly...not letting ppl inside the arena at midnight...i didnt expect that at all. |

We're not surprised that there some problems with crowd control, but this year's line setup was terrible. |

Are you talking about the inside layout or the outside?
Outside i think is setup to counter against the gate rushers. Its been a problem since of what happened to Hard. |

In theory the snaking gates were a good idea to prevent line jumping, but by at least 8:30pm the line hardly moved for the the final few hundred feet. There were moments where the line didn't move for 5-10 minutes. People were opening the gates at random places in line, shoving their way though, and it started getting very tense.
The setup would be fine if there were a lot more security checkpoints at the front of the line, but that wasn't the case. |

its the only reason I get VIP (since I don't drink). Still, there were basically zero definition between GA lines and VIP lines, especially going into the arena. |

Obvious answer... it costs a lot more. If GA tix for MM were $100+, I wouldn't go. |

The obvious answer is buy early. I spent $162 and I still consider it worth it. Don't be a damn Jew and spend the money if you want no hassle. Otherwise, you (not you specifically) gotta shut up and deal with it. |
