yep yep, your very own NYTA / OG / Old Schooler has submit himself to the sadistic sport of triathlons. I will update this thread at a later date with all the necessary info, so if you'd like to come and cheer me on or take pictures and watch me suffer feel free to join me in central park on July 18, 2010.
This year the NY Tri is celebrating it's 10 Year Anniversary and sold out in 7 minutes.

I could use a spotter around the 2.5 mile mark, mind helping me on my run north on west side drive lol nutrition tells me i'd probably want a gu gel at around there to finish the rest of the 3miles. I know there is a water station right when you enter the park at mile 2 so if you do come to watch me suffer, run with me for a mile and yell at me hahahah |
