What a stunning package! I think Ben Watt is one of the most underrated DJs in the game right now, He played one of the best sets I've ever heard at Smartbar Chicago this past weekend. Tom Middleton, Guy J, & Might Mouse Remixes are also ace.

Really looking forward to this release. However, your point about Ben Watt being one of the most under-rated DJs around...eh...who is he underrated by?! He is widely known by many as one of the most legendary figures in house music.
Back to the release, looks seriously good. |

You're 110% correct there. I have only recently discovered Ben Watt and his masterful Buzzin Fly compilations a productions and they are nothing short of amazing.

I just don't think he has the profile you'd expect from such an amazing and versatile producer/dj (and one who nearly died of a rare illness at that). |

You guys are complete ing morons if you think Ben Watt is "underrated". He's a goddamn genius and everyone knows it. Mention Ben Watt to someone, and even if they don't know who he is, just drop "Everything But The Girl" and they'll say "Oooh him!" |

I just think that's one of the most erroneous things I've ever read. Find me one person that's ever said "yeah Ben Watt is okay". The man has a legacy.
Just because someone isn't aware of who he is, doesn't mean they don't rate him highly. |

What the hell are you talking about Bas. If you think he's so well known why dont you book him for a medium sized venue and see how many people turn up? |

| All I meant by the underrated comment is that he's had his mitts on an insane amount of both obscure and popular music over the past decade plus. And not that this really means anything but he's nowhere to be found in the RA Top 100 poll or the DJ Mag poll, though many of his contemporaries are. |
