This is somewhat darker, and harsher sounding than what I have done before. That said, I have also worked hard to correct a lot of the problems from my other compositions. Overall, I am relatively happy with everything except the mixing. Most of the muddy sound is intentional. However, I am struggling with working out how to adjust the mix so that clipping does not occur. In this mix, I have eliminated clipping, but the overall volume of the track is too low for my tastes. I am using Logic 9 - any pointers would be tremendously appreciated. Additionally, I would also appreciate any feedback that you have on the composition.
