No, actually 169 is large even for a 5'10" body builder.
5'5 = 125
5'6 = 130
5'7 = 135
5'8 = 140
5'9 = 145
5'10 = 150
5'11 = 155
6'0 = 160
6'1 = 165
6'2 = 170
So this is what's considered "okay" or healthy for females. I'm definitely not "tiny" or "thin" and I'm 5'8 and 129 lbs. So really, this scale defaults to the heavy side, imo.
