I'm in the beta and it is a lot of fun. It has kinda monopolized my PS3 (that and Netflix). The game breaks down into 8 player squads and each has individual objectives that squad leaders assign. 4 squads make up a platoon and each platoon has a platoon leader with special abilities (air strikes, etc). 4 platoons make up your entire force and there is an overall Officer in Charge who has even more special abilities.
There are several game modes but the smallest is 64 player. It can get pretty chaotic (read: fun), especially in the 256 player game. You really understand this when you realize that all of the gunfire and explosions are actual player interactions and not just canned background sound. Its certainly not your typical FPS. |

| Ive decided against COD:MW2, and just save up for this game instead since its peaked my interest more so then another COD. |
