A MESSAGE FROM DANCE TO DA BEAT:
It's with great disappointment that we need to announce SIS will be unable to perform at this Saturday's
edition of Dance 2 Da Beat. Late yesterday we were informed by his management that he was unable to
board his flight from Berlin to Montreal because of complications with paperwork - being that he is a
Turkish artist operating out of Berlin. We tried to work this out but unfortunately there is nothing
we can do on our end and there was not enough time for him to get this corrected in time, so he will be
unable to make his Canadian debut at Stereo Mtl, and Footwork this weekend. SIS, his management team,
Footwork and Dance 2 Da Beat are all disappointed but we assure you a make up date is in the works.
Having said that, the show must and will go on and we remind you of the hard work David, Milena and the
whole D2DB crew have put into this show and their dedication to raising awareness and funds for The
Canadian Cancer Society. In place of SIS, Carlo Lio has accepted the offer to fill in, celebrating his
recent signing with the Bullitt Bookings artist agency. Carlo recently blew up the Footwork
dancefloor with his 7hr marathon set, and there's no doubt he will deliver again! We hope everyone
understands this unfortunate situation and will join us Saturday night to stomp out your frustrations,
troubles and, of course, Cancer on the dancefloor. D2DB is and always will be about dancing for the
cause, and dancing for the cure!
So, here's a quick reminder of the event we have in store for you.
