Since we're now talking foodnetwork and stuff.... this has been bugging me for months because I can't remember the guy's name or the name of his show?!
The guy owns and cooks in a couple NYC restaurants. He smokes, drinks, and travels the world and tries the cuisine of each country regardless what it is, but he doesn't go to the touristy places, fancy restaurants or anything, he eats where and what the locals eat?
Anyone remember that one? What was the name of the guy/show?
