thanks for the reference ben. we gotta get together some time man. its been too long! i was thinking of throwing a pow wow @ my place sometime this winter.
i dont have a problem with andrew. i just got a bad vibe when i first met him and thanked him for the things hes done in the scene (early in his career). got a snob appeal. every once in a while we'd exchange mean words but i didnt take em too heart. last few conversations me and andrew have had were quite friendly. as for opening shows for andrew, id love to. if i ever got a chance id try to contribute to his events as much as i could for whatever job/djing he had me for. but yea props for the proper talent andrew. really great stuff man. finally a promoter in the scene thats deep in the music he books. |

haha word.. yeah man I don't have anything against ya & I appreciate your kind words man.. I really do want to make our scene more viable & less boring. I'd love to have you out sometime for a show. What kinda stuff you playing these days?
All I ask from anyone who plays, is to help me promote! I've had a lot of people not doing their part in promotion, which only hurts them & me lol.. So if you're up for helping out! let's make some moves :)

kay well if we can schedule a time to chat then. i want to get back into the scene as much as i did back then. id love to promote your shows and all that. i can definately see a flux of houston peeps hitting up ATX on a monthly basis for shows (if not weekly). id def aid in transportation with that. but yea man let me know when you wanna schedule something. in the mean time ill put together a mix cd for you. |
