CDJ 200's not working with Serato?

I hooked up my CDJ 200's to my friend's Rane box to use Serato, everything seemed to be okay, but cue was doubling as the play button, but would not stop or pause, and play would stop the songs. Pitch was also not reacting whatsoever.
We've burned CDs and using them alone and everything is working fine. What could have possibly been the problem? |

Oscar, those were my CDJ-200s. Chris uses 1200 M5Gs.
OP, I remember having a similar problem. Check your wiring! The cue system is kind of tricky as there is no vinyl mode w/ the 200s. You won't have the same functionality as you're used to, but the 200s will work with Serato, it just takes some getting used to. Sounds like you have it wired wrong. |
