problem getting serato to work

i sucessfully installed serato sl1 and now when opening it up, it says 'interface disconnected'.. any idea what to do?
i have a windows vista.

Plug the sl1 box in to your computer.
If that's already done, and you still get that message, change the USB cable.
Still not working?
Either the box is faulty, or you don't have the proper driver installed. |

make sure:
1. USB cord works
2. USB port works
3. Both ends are connected
4. update serato |
