Whether I like big or small tends to depend on who I'm with at the time.
When I'm with a chick with small tit's it's like omg they are such a nice shape and so play with able. These boobs are just the right size and seriously compliment the girl's body, big boobs are yucky :gsmile:
When I'm with a chick with big it's like mmm these look nicer. I enjoy bigger boobs:gsmile:
Kind've like when I'm with someone and I haven't seen them for a while I start checking out chicks who look similar. |

I thought I'd put my back out yesterday. I usually load/unload my barbell on my bench, but I've just moved house and was using my housemate's bench for the first time. The rack is several inches higher than I'm used to, so when I'd finished doing barbell rows I walked over and tried to lift it onto the rack, only for my back to give up with a couple of inches to go.
My family has a history of lower back problems so I was expecting muscular retribution when I woke up today, but thankfully it's just slightly sore. |

That would seem to make sense, but due to your age you obviously missed the "back pain, don't take it lying down" campaign on television. Don't lie down or sit. My auntie recently had a back operation and was given this advice too. She was only allowed to sit to . |

i knew a girl that had back problems due to her chest size, so she ended up getting literally a pound and a half of boobage surgically removed. how big are your boobs? :gsmile: |
I actually want to do that. Mine are soooooo heavy :(
My bf freaks out when I do it because he swears it must hurt me, but we get a good chuckle when I grab one of my boobs, lift it up, and then drop it on the table. It makes a great bit "SMACK!" noise! :stongue: |

you need to stay off it and rest until it doesn't hurt to walk around. "throwing your back out" is very painful and you need to take muscle relaxers and have it worked on by a massage therapist. whatever you do, do not continue to lift heavy things or do anything strenuous involving your back muscles.
go to a chiropractor. |

I think chiropractor's are whacks who never actually help anything. Every time I've gone to one for my back, I feel better for about 1 day and then hurts again. When I started going to a Physical Therapist and actually stretching and working out the muscles and making them stronger - the affects lasted sooo much longer. |

| well i dated one for 3 years so i actually know a lot about their practices and required education and it's no walk in the park. on top of a bachelors degree they have 3 years of chiro school which is basically like med school only they have a stronger emphasis on xray interpretation and obviously focus on the spinal chord the most. i mean yea, they're not DO's and can't prescribe meds but that's why they're not very popular in western medicine. everyone just wants a pill and be on their way. they are more about preventative type of health. |

| A Physical therapist can't prescribe meds either, can they? (at least mine never did) I'm sure there's a lot about that style of medicine that I don't know - all I know is what I just said. I go to a Chiropractor, they crack my back and do a few other things - pain comes back a day later. Went to a physical therapist - everything was better. :conf: |

well all chiros have a full time physical therapist in their office. it's part of the whole chiropractic experience/treatment.
you can go to a chiro and just get the physical therapy part and have those little electrode thingies attached to your muscles to loosen them up through heat and vibration (my favorite part of the therapy lol).
the way my ex explained it to me was like this.
the first things to develop in the fetus when in the womb are the brain and spinal chord. everything else grows/stems from them. all of your nerves travel to and from the spinal chord so if you have vertebrae out of alignment in your back, it will interfere in the path of the nerves and cause problems such as headaches, sinus problems, etc... and it's very easy to get vertebrae out of alignment so, in a chiropractor's eyes, the back is something that needs to be constantly maintained. my ex always told me that people should think of their spinal chords the way they do about their teeth. you have to brush and maintain your teeth every day. well, that's how chiropractors feel about the back. they promote healthy lifestyles, stretching and exercise and healthy diets, etc.. which, as i'm sure you're aware, isn't the most popular route for americans lol one of my ex's patients had chronic migraines and even made a special trip up to the mayo clinic and no one could figure out what was wrong with her after CT scans and all that, and just kept prescribing meds to her. well, within a month of her treatment with my ex (he was her last resort), she was practically in tears thanking him for "curing" her.
so yea, that's it in a nutshell:) i'm totally for chiropractic care and happy that i'm still cool with my ex and his friend (also a chiropractor) whose office is 10 minutes away from me. i can pretty much go to his clinic whenver i want for adjustments and massages, free of charge:D |

haha nice. I just started teaching my bf all the right ways to stretch. When he sees me bend my legs in he's like "omg how do you DO that!"
I heart stretching. <3 |

Exercise raises serotonin levels, which makes you happier - I know that at least. :gsmile:
I do notice that I am a way more cheery person when I exercise every day :) |
