What did you use to create this sound? Did you manually program this or use any program. This is deep, powerful and crazy in the same time.
Great work man. |

Thanks. It was created and manually programmed with Reason synths and effects plus a couple small samples.
No "glitch plugins" used. ;) |

| This is some crazy stuff. I love these experimental pieces you come up with! Do you still have those old Noise tracks? |

Thanks. You can find the two older tracks here:

http://jbj.raceriv.com/JBJ--Buried-Life.mp3
I like to think this latest one is a bit more accessible than those two -- to the extent that noise ever can be "accessible," LOL -- since it has more of a clear structure. |

Are you going to work on some kind of patch with this sound or this is just experiment for you. I could probably use some of those sounds in my tracks. That would be a grate addition to my music.
Good job MrJiveBoJingles |

It's not so much about a "patch" as it is the way the patch is played, and extensive automation and effects. The original synth sounds and samples are not all that complicated, and from there it's a matter of experimenting with effects and changing synth and effect parameters to transform the sound over the course of the track. Not the typical "opening up the lowpass filter and increase the release time" automation.
Thanks for the nice words. |
