Hi everyone,

It's been waaaay too long since I posted anything on this otherwise great forum. Thought I might just as well wrap up a good old trance classic (which I hope many will still remember).

Can anyone recreate the 'stabby' synth that comes up during the break of this great tune with the softsynth of their choice?

Don't think it's that difficult... But anyway here goes

Cheers

oh god the nostalgia! i think the lead is a pretty simple couple of detuned saws though, with no release and alot of reverb. not the kind we can produce with software hehe. btw sakin and friends remix are the best!!!!!

yikes

no offence but if you guys are into the german side of trance, I think guys like flutlich/shokk scot project , ASYS made alot more contributions than this trite. Last time I met that guy , he was pretty hard into the meth. I wouldn't be surprised if he is living on the street.

everything about that track is amazing the sound design is great The structure evolves and it sounds like an actual song than the lame 32 bars intro build then break then .... This track has 3 different and unique sections.

Anyways , back on track. All those synths form the track can be made with any subtractive synth. Like palm said, detuned saw waves.

man that cheese hardtrance is nothing compared to control!

I've been trying to recreate this a few times some time ago. It's identical to Virtual Zone's Heaven lead. It's tricky to get it right though, I'll give it a shot soon.

its probably just a preset from the JP8000

yeah, it's number 32: Saw Heaven, only with the triplicate unisaw set too sharp edging. You can clearly hear it due to it's heavy articulated consonants.

Hey Icone what song is that from?
