Ken Ishii's sets/albums are a goldmine for "classical" instrumental tracks, for example the Malawi remix of Firecracker by the Yellow Magic Orchestra - don't bother looking on YouTube, I already tried.
Hybrid also uses strings and specifically violin sounds in every other track - I don't know if breakbeats count, but if you absolutely must have four-on-the-floor, there's deadmau5's blasphemous remix of Finished Symphony too.
