| yeah.. my favorite part was when i was in my triage tent in the back, he checked my cervix and said "well, it's still closed. so either you're still pregnant, or you're not".. i asked "how am i supposed to find out?!" he said "you're stomach will start getting bigger or it won't". :wtf: i looked him right in the eye and said "do you have a wife and kids?" he said "yes" i said "well how the would you like it if that's what some said that to her given the circumstances". He didn't seem phased by it at all. It's hard to get decent treatment in rural cities because once students graduate, they prefer to live in places like calgary or edmonton or bigger cities.. so our hospital is more understaffed-overworked. on the way out the door i spoke to a nurse and she booked me an ultrasound for first thing in the morning. |

| oh and eli wasn't there, i wanted him to stay home with rowan so she didn't have to be there and he had to work at 4am the next day, i was there until pretty late at night. probably worked out for the best or there could have been a physical altercation..lol |

| it is a bit shocking but it wasn't the end of the world, i wasn't that far along in the pregnancy.. if it was that devastating i wouldn't write about it in the c0r. this was in january.. and i'm 3 months pregnant now. miscarriage is alot more common then most people think. it's just part of life, and most the time it's for a good reason. |

omg that's a horrible story:( i'm sorry you had to go through that. that doctor pisses me off, you should have reported him or SOMEthing. |
