lol, man I have a list 3 miles long that I need to get through before I start asking an internet forum for suggestions. :p
I'm going to Europe next year at all ing costs.
And I want to go to the Cook islands as soon as I can save up 6 grand and do it properly.
Japan...Vancouver...New York city for at LEAST 2 weeks...

| Hard to beat South-East Asia for a budget holiday. Just go to Thailand/Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia buy some lonely planet guides figure out a rough itinerary and do it. If you're willing to slum it accomodation is cheap.. food is awesome and cheap. Just avoid tourist-ridden areas, avoid hookers and trannies, don't bring any drugs in or out and you'll have a great time. |

i'd definitely like to go back to NYC. I'm thinking labor day weekend again, if Electric Zoo happens again.

when i went on my road trip out to the black mesa, capulin volcano, taos, nm, and amarilo it was by myself. was pretty fun to actually do the hiking around the mesa by myself. scary at some points because i could hear coyotes in the background and i had no cell phone service and there was NO ONE around; but a pretty neat experience none-the-less.
that and being able to call people from my phone on the top of a volcano was pretty badass. lol
road trips are fun with peoplel, but can be also fun by yourself. |
