For some reason I can always remember the horrors of Thanksgiving dinner after one of these parties.
:p why haven't you touched anything on your plate Tommy? Don't you like your your mothers turkey?
:eek: It's ok.... I'm just not that hungry today"
:eek: ummmm.... I'll.. yea I'll have another glass of juice
:nervous: stares at full plate of food then looks at empty cup that was full 10 seconds ago
:p have some of these green beans that your aunt cooked
:nervous: stares at the green beans...
:eek: looks up at aunt real fast!
:eek: eats one green bean then grabs empty cup forgetting that it's empty
:eek: leaves dinner table to fill up empty cup. Purposely takes a long time
I won't say anymore, except Yes I will be at this event :tongue3 |

Not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but the Liquid Lounge is gunna be really interesting. We have TA member KENNY AFONSO opening things up with some funky eclectic selections, and then a friend of a friend of mine called CHURCH playing mashups from 1230-3ish. Following him is a really good friend of mine called HELLEN KELLER DISCO SQUAD (HKDS) rocking out some grime and dubstep until close...
I know it's going to be hard to tear you away from the other rooms, but there's some interesting going on upstairs you won't wanna miss!!! |

In my case it will be.. come to Rebel, then go home in the morning. Start the turkey, clean the house in the meantime, guests start arriving, make the sides, try not to fall asleep, serve the guests, drink heavily, force myself to eat some of the food on my plate, eat desert, continue to try to stay awake, entertain the family until they are ready to leave, then go to an afterparty at my friends place. |
