Req tracklist of an old oakie set from NY

My friend let me borrow an old oakie cd that just says Oakie in NY on it. He played some trip hop song at the beg. and has a few songs from his cream disc 2 cd on there. Im thinkin it was from 99..
I gotta find out the name of the 3rd song he played, the first trance song. Anyone can help me find out exactly which set this is? |

| NO i dont think its GU cd cuz it one track and starts off with some trip hop song that has vocals saying "today a man was shot dead" "gunshot to the head" and has a hard DNB beat. But then it goes into old progressive trance through the cd.. |
