Go death valley during the summer time; Spend a week or two in death valley such that your body becomes adapted to survive in one of the harshest environments known to exist on planet earth.
Your body will eventually adapt in such a way as to retain as much water and not sweat out anything at all. Once you leave death valley you will soon realize that you hardly sweat at all. I recommend for full maximum potential, stay out at death valley for an entire summer. |
