Have you tried restarting the sequencer and turning your MIDI keyboard off and on again?
Morvan
If you really can't work it out, just transpose every instrument with one click by 2 semitones in the other direction and you're fine.

Since the same thing is happening in every daw, that should tell you that the problem is with the controller.

Sounds to me like you accidentally hit the transpose button on your midi controller(twice).

RTFM and you'll sort it out.

what keyboard you using?

Have you tried locating the transpose function on the keyboard and adjusting it? Sorry if I insulted your intelligence with my first reply, but you didn't mention anything about it, only that you tried on software, so I assumed you're unaware.

If you can't find it let us know what brand and model you have and maybe someone can help. Doubt it needs to be repaired, if you haven't tried this.
