in Las Vegas? scheduled to open December 16th, and Tiesto is scheduled to play at Haze NYE......with this affect the opening at all in your opinion?

won't affect it at all.. its basically done.. the $ Dubai World lent was to cover construction costs and take an ownership position... but MGM Grand is the one running it so you should not see any difference there...

they just said last week they need a 6 month hold on paying on their $60 billion in loans. so i guess that would be a yes to your question.

oh you mean the dubai world company. the government of dubai is not backing their debt so it will be fine.

anyway i'm still having trouble seeing how dubai world loaning money to the city centre would delay their opening.

I just hope it opens in time, its kinda risky anyways scheduling something 2 weeks after the scheduled opening anyways isnt it? or am i just on drugs?

it will be open... actually part of it opens tonite for a private party and to the public on Wednesday. don't stress - the $ has already been lent and its a done deal... MGM doesn't need more $ to open up

Ironic that the Tiesto merchandise shop is called
Do Buy...wonder if they're related? If anyone says phonetically, I already thought of that. :)
