I was in the same position to be honest. I always like to give someone a chance at least once before I judge and I'm glad that I did. This man showed me that things are changing from bottom up (music wise) and things are definitely going towards the right way. I'm proud to say that the Deadmau5 age is almost over and real good old music is slowly coming back. Look at what Sasha is doing slowly.;)

I sure did say that but then I decided to give him a chance. He did play some recycled classic remake crap too, but he played way too many good tracks that made it all sound good.
I haven't been this optimistic towards trance for years but I do see some positive signs and as expected history always repeats itself and we are going back to the good old days (hopefully)

Well I'd like to say that Jerome made my night and surprisingly Mark Old Oliver KICKED MY ASS on the dancefloor.
It has been a while that I haven't actually gone to a party in Toronto becuause I was disappointed for the past few times...much much disapointed. BUT this one turned out to be a very nice one surprisingly.
The music was surprisingly amazing, the croud wasn't so cra"""ED out lol. Also I could actually move around on the dance floor and not die of BO and sweaty chests and guys who think it's cool to take their shirts off in a place like guvernment ;)
Jerome, LOVED him (not a surprise cuz he killed it at contakt last year). Nice progressive tunes, couple of Michael Jackson's of course and all and all very up-beat
NOW MARK OLIVER WAS THE SURPRISE. I mean this guy reallys sucks sometimes (only because he probably doesn't care at this point) But we all know that he can be AMAZING. I mean it was not too long ago (only a few years back) when I used to go just to hear him spin. I mean I remember Mark Oliver would start killing it at 3 am and go on nonstop till the end. BUT for a while he hasn't been really that great and to be honest I no longer will go just to hear him spin. BUT this time he killed it. CRAZY PROGRESSIVE SET WITH TRANCY TUNES NICELY SITUATED IN BETWEEN...WOW I think he was making sure Jerome knows who's the boss lol
BUT OFCOURSE MR.Chipo C.KH had to close down early cuz the crowd was pretty small by 6 :) but some of us were actually enjoying the set and of course we paid for a party that is supposed to go on till min 7 ;)

every year the closing time becomes earlier and earlier but we still been paying the same price.... HEs just an Ass has no party etiquette!!!!
And mark oliver did kill it its about time you old bastard...lol just joking he hasd his days i thik its time he retired and Jerome became the resident... but i think hes too good for the T.O
So where ever hes Spinning we shall follow... and hopefully he wont get lazy like Mark oliver and he will continue to make people bounce on the dance floor!!! |

WELL last time I checked no other clubs increased their entrance prices for the past 5-6 years (an i'm talking about a wide variety of clubs ranging from teenie bopper richmond clubs to the funky loungy ones and to the somewhat cracky ones lol.)
And all I'm saying that it's the beeeping principle ;) But again WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT...there are no principles in T.O. lol It's like those parties where Mr.C.Kh has boasted on the flyers that so-and-so is spinning in the gallery and so-and-so is in the drink (at one of those all access parties--which are ofcourse even higher in price than the regular nights). AND then you show up and the gallery is closed and the drink closes at 4 HAHAHAHAH oh Mr.C.Kh...how toronto like of you lol
