Accommodations in Sydney, AU

I know its a long shot, but was just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on accommodations in Sydney. Maybe someone has been...
I will be going with the GF, February 5-19. The first week of accommodations is already covered, will be staying at the Holiday Inn Potts Point. The 12-19 is what I am looking for.
So I checked hotels and they seem to be around $100 per night on the cheapest end. And I looked at apartments, and they are cheaper but all require a 2 week minimum.
Anyone know of any places to get good hotel rates, or rent an apt for a week only?

I haven't wandered into those regional forums in a while but i just had a quick look and WOW has there been a serious drop off in activity in some parts. a few of those forums used to be pretty active, now some just have like 2 threads listed in the last 30 days. quite a shame.

See if anything to suit your needs/budget..
I've used the 5* mystery deal on there before too and ended up at the sofitel (In Syd.) :D
You can often work out the mystery deals, or atleast narrow it down (Using their generic location descriptions and the facilities specified)
lastminute.com.au can be good too. |
