Bought wrong tickets, what should i do?

I bought the wrong matthew good band tickets from massey hall last night and there is literally no way i can use these ones. i wanted the ones on the 18th, not the 19th, which i accidentally bought. Anyone know of any loopholes or anything that can get me through this and get my tickets exchanged?

Where did you buy them from? I bought a few tickets off Ticketmaster a few weeks back for the wrong date and they let we swap them for the following night at a fee of course. Can't guarantee you'll get the same seats.

That or sell the ones you bought.

I know a few people who could take em off your hands. :D

I bought them directly from the massey hall website. I've done the same with ticketmaster too, they are easy to deal with.

i'm going to call the manager later today and talk to him/her and see what they can do for me. so fingers crossed. if not, i will def have to sell them since i cannot go to the show at all that day. they are good seats too. 4th row, 1st balcony.

now why wouldn't you do this before running to TA to start a thread....just wondering.

The best thing to do would be to call customer service. They'd obviously know a lot more about what they can or can't do, and if they can make an exception than we would.

They should be able to.

I tried to scam Ticketmaster once by pre-buying tickets for a section that wasn't on sale yet (trying to by floor seats but you could only by assigned seats for the pre-sale).

Something happened and I ended up buying tickets the assigned seats. I called them like 10 minutes later and they just cancelled my order.
