I bought my roundtrip flight for 1 week, flying in and out of Abbostford instead of Vancouver, I paid $550, Westjet.
I also booked 3 nights stay in Whistler (single room for myself...partay!!:p). ing expensive! But that's expected.
I'm flying out Thursday, Feb 11 and returning Thursday Feb 18.
Anyone else thinking of going??

Dima and I are hoping to go. We won't know until the new year probably. Luckily my brother and some other relatives live in Vancouver and the area, so accommodations will not be a problem! :)

I'm going to Vancouver from Jan 22nd-26th. I'm going to Whistler for a day of snowboarding on the Monday. $450 return on itravel2000, but it's just before the olympics though. Your deal is amazing for olympic time travel.

My family has 2 tickets to the opening ceremony and a number of the first few events. However no one can seem to go :S. So if school lets me get away for a day or 2 i may fly out. But it will be a last minute thing.

Nah, I'm pretty sure the RCMP would be fairly understanding in sending us back to Ontario in 1 piece. It's Vancouver that would break.

I'm excited to go, will cost an arm and a leg, but im going to party!!!!
