| so i'm having another baby and i'm 14 weeks along. I went to the doctors today for a checkup and he asked me if i had any concerns.. i told him everything seemed fine but i've been really tired and dizzy. So he checks the babies heartbeat with the doppler and he's moving the little paddle thing around for a while which had me nervous thinking he couldn't find it. I could hear my heartbeat and some other noise. Finally he gets the babies heartbeat right where i thought baby was hanging out in the bottom left side of my stomach. Then he starts feeling my stomach and pushing on my uterus which is normal, and then tells me to sit up. He said he could only hear one heartbeat but my uterus was measuring 18-19 weeks along. that's a good month ahead of schedule. I know i'm not a month off, i took a pregnancy test the month before and it came out negative and i had my period. Now i find out i get an ultrasound next week to see if i'm having twins.:wtf: :wtf: :wtf: i know this probably doesn't sound like a big deal, but i cry at the thought of twins. so much work.. so much money. i bricks.:wtf: |

yikes. at first your story was pretty awesome, what with the pushing of the uterus and such.. but yeah, i'm hoping for the best for you. |

slight semi. i lost it after you mentioned twins though. i mean, they're really, really rare right? so maybe you're just giving birth to an elephant child instead of two little ones. :p
looking on the bright side, at least there IS a heartbeat. |

| i have a three year old and i miscarried in january. i think there's a decent chance it might not be twins but i don't know why the else my uterus would be that big. Rowan was a pretty big baby and my uterus measured average throughout the pregnancy. the doctor said that the baby sounds really good otherwise so i am greatful for that. |

| Maybe you're giving birth to a fully grown 18 year old. |
