Ive never understood why we havent rounded up all the people with AIDS, sterilized them, and put them in camps so that they can not get out and infect the general population. I am not talking about death camps or anything, but secluded communities where the only people inside are the infected. They can have all the sex they like and when they all die out, no more AIDS.
To find the people with AIDS I suggest we develop a virus that infects people rapidly but only affects people with AIDS... Maybe it turns their skin a certain different shade or they develop some sort of obvious sign so people can be made aware of them in the community.
I am totally 100% serious on this idea. |

Because even if that were possible, it's not feasible... not to mention outrageous.
