I'm not going to classify this as flat-out spam, but it's very shady to me.
I don't see any problem with a little bit of promotion from labels, distributors, and so on, but you've given people absolutely no information to go by, and that raises the question of how serious/honest you are.
Who are you? Do you have a company, or even a web site, or just a gmail address?
If you want to promote here then I think you owe answers to ALL of DJ RANN's questions:
