The Progressive Showcase returns this coming Monday (December 14th) & for the first time in almost two months I'll be back in charge of proceedings with our 2009 Awards Show! A massive thank you goes out to our guest hosts over the past couple of shows with Robert Glenn & the guys from Blank (Marc Cruickshank & Mark Naylor) doing a sterling job of sitting in.
The show returns to our usual timeslot of 17.00 - 19.00 (GMT) with the return of our annual 'Awards Show' celebrating some of the crowning moments of 2009 with a run down of some personal favourite tracks, remixes, labels, vocals, producers & remixers that have rocked the show throughout the calender year.
Unlike last year the awards show will be a straight up two hour uninterrupted mix with the awards dished out alongside a festive helping of excellent new music. Expect to hear productions & remixes from the likes of Jerome Isma-ae, DJ Remy, Dakota, Funkagenda & many, many more.
The show kicks off at 17.00 (GMT) 18.00 (CET) 11.00 (CST) running non-stop for our full two hours. I very much hope that some of you can tune in to our penultimate show of 2009.
