This week the 17th at Resonate we plan to take it up a notch from the previous. All those looking for the certain sound they can't quiet place yet cant seem to get enough of, this is your spot!
Celebrating her Birthday, Sowelu will be rockin a totally fresh set for the crowds auditory pleasure. She is known for her birthday sets and the crazy unpredictable yet amazing sound she comes up with.
And then we have our resident, Ash Barnes, a master of his craft, whom you should expect to rock your pants off every week. He never plans a set out and so never plays the same set twice.
You may or may not have witnessed Ash's presence behind the decks, but his passion for music and connection with the crowd is obvious and inspiring. Fidget House is what its called and you got to hear it to fully appreciate its rhythm, breakdowns, and get-up-out-your-seat baselines!
Also spinning electro and tech house is Aaron Polyester (Polyester Pants LA). He will keep you energized and dancing all night. You may have recently caught him at Circus, Libertine, BeatFreaks Radio.com, The Room or elsewhere around LA. Be sure and wear your best polyester out to support him. He will also drop a few of his new tracks he recently produced and released on Polyester Pants Records, including "Uncompressed" and "El Porto Wipeout".
