Interesting idea, do like the flow that your going for, kind of a new feel with a bit of an old skool sound. I do like it, which is also the reason why I thought to give you the feedback below.
- Firstly I'll just start with the compression, not sure how compressed you wanted the bassline to be as it can add a nice feel to it. But seems perhaps too strong? maybe turn your whole project down in volume and try playing around with the track levels as this tends to show just how loud some things are playing.
- Some of the higher sounds like the clap seem to be clipping as its missing that smooth/rounded feel. Again perhaps turning down your whole project in volume to gauge the levels of your tracks/sounds.
The last thing I wanted to point out was the synth that you have, it's a really nice sound, but just after 02:07 in the track you get an additive flanging effect when two of the notes overlap which tends to be an unwanted result (this happens on the 3rd-4th keyed notes - ignoring the echo effect).
