I haven't followed the scene at all this year mainly because my life has been pretty busy lately.
Can you guys recommend me some good house/techno tunes that haven't gone unnoticed this year? Not too commercial but atleast made some impact.

As far as techno and house are concerned, I don't think you have missed out on that much, compared to previous years at least.
But, one techno favourite of mine for 2009 is 'Secret Cinema - Shake Ur Tech-Ass'.
Sounds insane in a club ;).

Think I should catch-up with my 1994 love.
Although I haven't been in clubs for years, I indeed think it sounds amazing in a club, especially one with a bit dark atmophere :)
