Anyone out there know how I could backup data or fix the problem?

Error Code : BIOHD-3
Does the red font mean I'm screwed and should forget about my data? |

| I'd pull out the hard drives and try to plug them into another functioning pc and see if they're recognized and if u can pull any data off them. Then format them then pop them back in and reinstall the OS. If they're totally ed and other computers can't recognize them you'll probly need to take them to a pro to salvage any data.. |

Thanks for the advice astroboy.
I fixed it yesterday though, so no need taking out HDs. I put in a recovery disc for another brand and fixed the problem. |
