Im sorry to say i missed Zack's opening set, got there a little late, around 1:40. Walked in and he was playing a new mix of put your hands up for detroit. I have to say I was a little thrown off by it. Was kept expecting that techy drop to hit but insted it had a more toned down bass drop. But other than that, he EN killed. The crowd was amazing, kinda young, a lot of poeple with lollypops hanging out of their mouths, but I have to say the energy was amazing. I had a great time. I didn't stay too late cuz I had to get up for work today. I left around 3:45 and got down to get my coat and they en lost it. I didn't end up leaving the club till a little before five. The girl at coat check was real bitch (I know it wasn't her fault but still) she told me to call or come back tomorrow and then didn't have a phone number for me to call and also wouldn't give me her name so I could say who I talked to. I wasn't able get the policy on lost coats. Finally after demanding to speak to a manager for about twenty min she turns to this person standing next to her and says, wispers something in his ear and he comes over and talks to me. He gave me the phone number and and some names to drop. Im real skeptical as to who this random person was and what names he gave me. PACHA. The people who work there are all deuches and they treat their costomers like crap. Everytime I go there, the music is great but i leave feeling used. It's a bad feeling to have

Everytime i went there i never had any complications with employees. I had a horrible customer service at Fur night club in dc though. Everyone there are all ignorant people who i know dont like EDM but they dont have to be dicks about it.
I wish i went to see fedde last night instead i stayed home with a knee brace because some chick decided to not stop at the stop sign.

ahhh, its all good man. :)
I totally agree about Fedde though...monstrous set from him. The first time he played Pacha last year, I really wasn't that into him. His last couple sets have been awesome though. He straddles the line between more commercial tracks and straight up bombs very well. The crowd was going nuts all night. Really nice guy too...its always a pleasure playing with him. Can't wait til he comes back.

It was a great night, couldn't stop dancing! We got there so early thinking there would be lines. The floor was empty at 11 so we chilled on the side. An hour later, it was packed! Zack's set was great, we really liked the last hour.
Ugh, the commercial cheeze ball stuff was annoying. I still really liked Fedde's set. The floor was so packed. We left before five and it was still pretty full but the direction of the music was meh so we had to leave.

Fedde definitely killed it! The crowd was energetic from the beginning of the night, started getting really into it with the second half of Zack's opening set and Fedde just took it to another level with some of his more commercial tracks he played. I personally loved his "inbetween" tracks that were just bombs with no vocals. The place was packed but I also thought the crowd was really respectable. Actually, the last few times I've been to Pacha it has been a pleasure, crowd wise. You definitely don't see the shirtless guido type there anymore. Didn't catch much of Cevin's set but I'm sure it rocked. Got some good vids I'll post soon!

what brand/type of coat did you have?
ps. thats a bunch of bull coming from a "mega club" like pacha. There should be no excuse to lose someones jacket. I lost my coat check ticket at a bar on bowery and the girl was nice enough to find it for me after i told her the time i checked it and what it looked like exactly. I even gave her a 10 dollar tip for going through the trouble because of my drunken silliness. sorry dood :(

Wasn't planning on going but wound up in the area and arrived to Pacha at around 1am. Missed Zack's set but heard that he did a good job opening. Fedde was actually very impressive. He had a great mix of both commercial and a techy underground sound. The techy stuff was great, I'm just personally not into that commercial stuff. Was good to see Zack, Big Mike and Keryn. Pacha gets better and better, the venue is great imo :)

That sucks you they lost your coat. The limelight lost my leather shearling. Someone switched the tickets on the hanger and they tried to give me a regular sweater type hoodie. I never got my coat back, they let me go inside and search the entire coat check room for myself and I turned up with nothing. I even spoke to the manager and they only thing they were able to offer me was free admission to the next few events since I no longer had the receipt for the jacket and prove how much I paid for it etc.
Ever since I only wear cheap "throw away" jackets to the club. Most times I don't even bother checking them. I just throw them on a chair somewhere and if it isn't there when I am ready to leave then it's not a big deal.

Was even better seeing Tara. You should bring her out more often. ;)
