?? Although maybe you wanted more than just my opinion... but then why direct it straight at me?
I never had a Snow, I had the original TI desktop. The main problem I had was the instrument adding clicks and pops all over the place. This didn't just happen when the instrument was maxed out, it would happen when there was just a single voice in use.
The second problem I had was with voices crapping out. This was probably the dynamic voice allocation and would happen whether or not I used the USB interface.
The solution? Sell your TI like I did. I don't really care much for its sound and the hardware interface is USELESS because the instrument is too damn complex. They're trying to do EVERYTHING with the instrument. As I've said, it does everything but excels at nothing.
If you don't want to sell it just yet, try running the audio through the analog outs and compensate for your ASIO latency. |

Robby may be a bit slow, I don't know... I stay away from his threads for the most part because they turn out awful. I'm sure he's a nice guy, just a bit misunderstood.
The fact of the matter is, people instigate every time he makes a thread, no matter what it is... Just try to help him. |

When I first got my Snow, I had a few sync problems.
By and large, these problems were fixed by switching the TI to it's own USB port and flashing the firmware to the latest version whenever Access release a new version. I'm 99% happy how it works now....I occasionally lose sync, but this can be fixed by stopping playback and starting again. I've not had problems with pops and clicking or anything like that.
It seems that the TI is fussy about the hardware and host you're using it with. I might be wrong, but I don't think FL is a supported host, so perhaps you'd find that it might work properly with Cubase/Ableton/whatever. Your problems could be down to an incompatibility with your motherboard chipset or something like that...I've had that kind of problem with audio devices on PCs in the past. Do you have another PC you could test it on, or a friend who has a PC you could test it on?
I feel very fortunate not to be experiencing all the issues that people here speak of. Mine has the latest firmware and is running on a Macbook Pro with Snow Leopard and Logic 9.02, and it's great. |

I never had sync issues except for when using the Arpeggiator. |

lol I'm stupid now.
You all are a bunch of clowns.
The thing I really dont understand is why the none of you have anything else better to do but annoy me.
I do smoke weed occasionally. It was sat night so forgive me if I was toking a bit.
I just finished finals, I busted my ass to pass this one final, and I got a 93 so I will be graduating next semester which I was stressing the out about.
I'm happy as , and even if I did get hi and sound dumb, you all reacted like a bunch of sensitive snobby little bitches (me speaking sober).
I can not get over how sensitive some of you are. Who gives a about the way I sound?
If Alanzo is that distraught by it I apologize. But this is really too funny just look at some of you people.. |

| sorry Robby but this is too funny. If only there was some way to join all the threads into one mega thread and then someone could story board it. It sucks that you spent money on something that doesn't work but you really should do some homework before making a purchase. And listening to a soundbank is not really what I would consider homework. |

I hate you all. The world will end soon, though, so it doesn't matter. |
