Hello. I hope someone could help me out identifying this album/cd.

The main song is Free by Tillmann Uhrmacher (feat. Peter Ries). I'd like to know which album this song belongs to. Also, you can listen to another song in the final seconds of the video, I'd like to know which song is that too please. Hopefully someone can identify this album so I can get it.
