I thought she was a pretty good actor. Not the best but pretty good...
It's a shame that she died...

+1.....I think its the age more than anything. I am sure if an older actor passed, there would still be a thread about his/her accomplishments, etc......but there wouldnt be a shock value that a young person has.
Most people are going to have a reaction to a young person dying, as it is unfortunate that they were unable to live their whole (expected) life.....its sad! |

the way I see it - people like this are a BIG deal, and everyone can go around denying it and saying otherwise.. the fact that we know of them, see their pictures in daily news sites, listen to their work or watch their work on screen - they made it big out there, they deserve to be talked about
especially young actors and/or musicians - Heath, Dj Am.. although I was very bitter since both overdosed with meds/drugs, I think it's absolutely normal to talk about this
they are ing YOUNG! it is exactly why it is a big deal, the fact that they died.. the things they did, one way or another it affects our lives and culture
I mean, if I die at this young age, I sure hope that there won't be a bandwagon of people claiming I OD'ed
anyway, not to make this a personal rant..
